In this autobiographical animation, I trace my reaction to finding an old cassette recording of my grandfather speaking about growing up in the Korean War. Through this recording, I attempt to reunite with my grandfather, who passed away when I was just a child. As his story begins, my grandfather’s voice brings memories of war, tragedy, and heartbreak to life.
